Police were left in disbelief after what they found hidden inside a garage of a Shack in Evanton

Members of the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the town of Sedibeng have begun investigating in the hopes of identifying and apprehending the shack's owner(s) in the nearby Gauteng town of Evaton. News from the South African Police Service (SAPS) indicates that on Monday, August 8, 2022, officers in Sedibeng responded to a stock theft complaint from a victim by enlisting the use of K9 sniffer dogs to locate the missing animals. He or she was the rightful owner of the stolen cattle. This past Monday, August 8, 2022.

The K9 dogs led the police to a shack in the town of Evaton, which is in the province of Gauteng. The canines showed a positive reaction as the law enforcement officers approached the garage. Officers were shocked to find a total of 32 animals (22 sheep and 16 goats) hiding inside the garage when they opened the door. The police continued their investigation inside the house and found illegally owned firearms and burglary equipment.

No one was found in the shack when police arrived, so no arrests were made. However, the investigation is ongoing, and anyone who may have information that could help is urged to contact the South African Police Service at the number provided or to report themselves to the police station closest to them.

In this case, the rightful owner of the stolen cattle was given their animals back.
