A pesecutor from Umlazi magistrate court was gunned down with countless bullets as he arrived to begin with his work in the morning.
Mr Lwonabo Booi (36) was arriving at work when he was approached by a car that dropped men who shot at him repeatedly. The suspects drove away in their vehicle and left him dead at the scene of the incident after that.
Speaking on behalf of KwaZulu Natal police Brigadier Jay Naicker confirmed the murder of Mr Lwonabo Booi. This is what he said:
'Umlazi police received a report about a 36 years old man who was shot and killed. He got injured on his upper body parts and this has been the cause of his dead. The deceased died at the scene of the incident, the matter has been past on to the provincial police for investigation.' Stated Brigadier Naicker.
No one is aware of the reason for the prosecutor's murder but he came to continue with another matter that has been active before.
