Traffic has been restricted on one lane in South ridge, Kwa Zulu Natal due to a collision involving three vehicles therefore it is obstructing the roadway. Drivers using Mdloti Beach road are warned to exercise caution, It was stated that this collision was caused by a driver who was out of control.
Based on the eye witness the Nissan Sentra was traveling along Verulam when it went out of control and collided with the vehicles which were heading the opposite direction. It was a grey Nissan 1400 bakkie and a Toyota Hilux, The Reaction Unit South Africa was called to the scene and it received a number of calls from passing motorists including pedestrians asking for help for the injured occupants.
The Reaction Unit South Africa arrived and found the driver of a blue Nissan Sentra lying on the grass on the side of the road with his vehicle extremely damaged. They also found a white Toyota Hilux lying on its side… four people were rushed to the hospital by medics from Reaction Unit South Africa and KZN VIP. They were treated for mild to moderate injuries.
