If you hear about Zombies in China, do not believe it, Here's the truth.

Social media is an incredible tool, being able to spread information across the world in an instant. Unfortunately that information is not always factual and can sometimes be very inaccurate. That was proven recently as information about Zombies being spotted in China started spreading around Social media site TikTok.

First and foremost we need to address the video that allegedly shows Zombies in China. Without a doubt I can tell you that that video is a hoax, with it being debunked by many sources.

This video, along with an old article that references a book called World War Z, has been the subject of many rumors that have gone viral recently. These rumors claim that a Zombie apocalypse, or at least a few zombies are being spotted in China.

It should be noted that the book World War Z by Max Brooks is a complete work of fantasy that chronicles a fake World War centered around a Zombie Apocalypse.

The reality of the situation is that Zombies are a work of fiction, and although they may be popular in movies, television shows and books, there is no evidence that they exist in real life.

Now that you know the truth, I urge you to not be involved in spreading any rumors about this fake zombie apocalypse through social media. Instead report any videos or posts you see about it to the social media site they are on.

I also urge you to inform your Children or any Children in your life that this is a hoax, as if they spend a lot of time on social media sites like TikTok, they may come across these videos and posts as well.

While Social media can be an incredible tool, using it to spread lies and misinformation can create unnecessary fear and panic in people. Which is why we should stop the spread of misinformation in anyway we can.
