Bathu is tekkie brand which is newly developing and selling nice sneakers to the people of South Africa.
It believable that foreigners are producing fake Bathu and sell them by R130 in Cape town. The original Bathu starts from R900 and by selling for R130 simply means disrespect to the original brand.
Stealing someone's idea into business is illegal according to South Africa law.
"There are three basic requirements for copyright protection: that which is to be protected must be a work of authorship; it must be original; and it must be fixed in a tangible medium of expression"
It's not a good manner to steal someone's business idea but to ask them or buy a franchise from them.
There are many reasons why black people never become successful in terms of businesses.
Stealing each others ideas.
Coping others business ideas.
