Serial killer on the loose? Police recover two bodies down a mine shaft

When Refiloe Malope was seen been thrown into a car boot, there was widespread fear that she would be killed.

That fear has turned into reality after her body was found dumped in a makeshift.

To make matters worse, the body of another unidentified person was also found near Malope's.  This has raised fear that a serial killer could be stalking Limpopo.

It is reported that a special camera was used to survey things down the mine shaft.

The operation, comprising of the Gauteng search and rescue units of the police from Benoni, Tshwane, Sedibeng, West Rand K9, Tshwane K9, Ekurhuleni and Tshwane municipality disaster teams and the Limpopo provincial organised crime unit resumed their retrieval efforts at 9am on Monday.

It took more than four hours for the search and rescue team to being the bodies to surface.

This is a major breakthrough for the police after two suspects were arrested for the kidnapping of Malope.
