Truck Drivers To Appear In Court After Blocking N3 Toll Route.

JOHANNESBURG - Twelve transporters captured on the N3 cost course close to Van Reenen's Pass will show up in the Ladysmith Magistrate's Court in KwaZulu Natal on Monday.

Police said the suspects hindered the expressway on Friday and halted different drivers compelling them to leave their vehicles out and about and taking their keys.

The significant course was totally hindered to different drivers for the greater part of the day.

On Saturday it was cleared after the blamed were cuffed by police for deterring the progression of traffic and opposing guidelines to eliminate their trucks.

Far off public drivers have been focused on in the past on the course.

Police representative Jay Naicker said: "Investigators from the common analytical unit assumed responsibility for the examination on the scene.

"The suspects were accused of repudiation of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, financial harm, terrorizing just as contradiction of the Road Traffic Act. The presumes will show up in the Ladysmith Magistrate's Court on Monday."
