The Pretoria High Court on Monday has sentenced a couple from Booysens in Tshwane, Wayne Loubser, 36, and Justine Loubser, 32, for kid disregard, normal attack, and inability to enroll a youngster after they attempted to sell their two-month-old child for R500.
