More bad news for ANC members

The National Prosecuting Authority's Investigating Directorate (ID) has been conceded a controlling request in the Gauteng High Court to hold onto R46 million worth of resources having a place with the previous parliamentarian, Vincent Smith, his completely possessed organization Euro Blitz 48 (Pty) Ltd and his family trust.

ID representative Sindisiwe Seboka said Monday's court administering affirmed the break limitation request gave over in February 2021. The request allowed to the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) under Section 26 of the Prevention of Organized Crime Act (POCA) stretches out not exclusively to Smith's property and that of his family trust and his organization Euro Blitz 48 yet in addition to a specific property of his little girl, Brumilda Smith and the property of some other individual or substance that got an influenced gift under Section 12 of POCA. 

"Smith and the other named parties are restricted from managing as well as discarding the controlled property while the limitation request is set up.
