A 41-year-old teacher has been detained and charged with uploading a video of herself in matrimonial bed with a juvenile boy during the night hours.
After confessing that her teacher pulled and forced him to perform a wicked conduct in the matrimonial bed, where she recorded the film, a small boy startled the court.
A 15-year-old boy testified in court that he spent the night with the purported teacher after she forced him into her room for an act.
According to records produced before the court by the prosecution desk, Jane Njogu (not her real name) crept into the boys' room late at night and compelled him to execute the wicked act.
Jane allegedly sent him intimate images via WhatsApp, and he is accused of showing other children films of them having affairs with the juvenile, prompting a police inquiry.
According to the records, the alleged teacher stripped down to her nightgown before entering the boy's room and compelled him to have an affair with her without any protection.
In his readings, the judge stated that the teacher would be prosecuted with encouraging a sexual offense and allegedly presenting a small sinful deed to his young age.
The judge also stated that the woman engaged in an indecent act with a kid without protection, which is extremely dangerous to the child's life.
