A South African woman has took to social media to flaunt a gift her boyfriend bought her on her birthday and many men expressed their dissatisfaction.
A South African woman posted a photos of gifts that her boyfriend bought her on her birthday and one gift in particular made many South African men hostile, the gift was of a bundle of roses which were wrapped with R100 notes the woman challenged more South African men to do the same for their girlfriends.
Meny South African men did not except this challenge because the gift looks very expensive and many who are not in good financial standing would not be able to provide such a gift, many men expressed that this type of trends should not be entertained because they put unfortunate people under financial pressure.
One guy commented, "Why is this trending now?, we should not make unnecessary things trend" he wrote.
