Good News For Cape Town Residents After This Was Revealed To The Public.

CAPE TOWN - Power has been reestablished to all spaces in Cape Town who were left in obscurity since the previous evening.

A wrecked safeguard link on an Eskom power line caused a veld fire and mass blackouts across the metro.

City Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis has said thanks to Capetonians for their patients, as firemen and architects work nonstop.

"I'm incredibly diminished to hear that power has been reestablished to all spaces. I'm so thankful to all inhabitants for showing persistence and abstinence consistently and the previous evening and I'm tremendously appreciative to the city designing and electrical groups who have been working 24 hours with practically no rest and under gigantic strain to get this going later this uncommon break," Hill-Lewis said.
