The people of South Africa are gradually developing zero tolerance for criminal activities across different communities. This action became very important after crime skyrocketed in some localities leaving citizens vulnerable to attacks from criminals.
In some places, criminals were caught and beaten to a pulp by residents of the communities who voluntarily decided to keep watching over the affairs of the communities as vigilante groups.
In some areas, criminals are sometimes burnt to death by angry mob. this issue has continued to rise despite police warning against taking laws into our hands.
In a recent development, a Zimbabwean man living in Limpopo who specialize in looting people's stores have received the worst treatment of his life after he was clipped unto a container where he attempted to steal from.
The young man attempted to steal some food items from a business man's consignment that just landed. He never knew someone was inside the container offloading the items and he tried to sneak inside and steal. The door of the container got shut immediately by the owner of the goods leaving the thief dangling in the air.
This will definitely serve as a deterrent to criminals who dispossess people of their valuables.
