All those places that sell car parts must be investigated even if its a scrap car but there must be a reference or logbook for that car.

Most stolen or hijacked vehicles are often dismantled and left unrecognisable so that they won’t be found, And imagine even if they find your car when it's dismantled the value will be lower than the original cost and you’ll be fortunate enough if you have an insurance. It's even better when your car is found because some people’s cars are never found, usually these criminals take them out of the country that’s why we always see cars with South African registrations in other countries.
