Opinion: Drugs Are The Main Cause of Violence In Western Cape.

CAPE TOWN - The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) said that medications were worsening group savagery in the Western Cape.

Magistrate Chris Nissen accepts that the new medication bust of 662 kilograms of cocaine could be connected to groups.

He said that the substances were generally disseminated to packs so they could offer them to subsidize their crimes.
