Motorist travelling to Gauteng using the Commissioner Street, Johannesburg CBD are warned about the on going taxi violence.Apparently there's a taxi violence taking place in the area and taxis have been set alight.It is believed taxi drivers are on strike and fighting which led to other taxis set on fire.For now, it is very dangerous to be around Johannesburg CBD as the violence has not yet over.
Gun shoots are heard and people are adviced to use other alternative roads to avoid the violence in the area.
The motion of the taxi violence is not clear and people wonder what could lead this such extent of burning taxis.It is worry to many people using taxis as they no longer feel save as the taxi drivers continue to fight each other.It is very disturbing that this got out hand and now taxis were burnt to ashes.
