A South African media that specialized in Traffic crimes ITRAFFIC said in their Twitter account that" incident (Smash and Grab) under N1 at samrand ave Bridge. Proceed with caution. Robbers / hijackers are currently robbing people at N1 @Samrand this information was made public and was captured by @itrafficgp so that everyone near that area will take precaution. There id currently a little traffic jam in that Area because the traffic lights is not working. They will dress like road workers then clink on vehicles smashing the glass, then they will rob them.
Many South Africans presently has been a victim of these highway robber taking out valuable things from them like money. Hand bags and phones and more.
Many South African commented that Traffic lights has not been working for a long time that why there is always traffic jam and the govt must fix this to avoid more of this crimes.
