The leader of the EFF Julius Malema has shocked many people on 8 January during the Siyabonga rally in KwaZulu-Natal. Malema surprised many people when he started talking about the issue the foreigners in this country.
Malema said that his party will be visiting the hospitality industry to check on how many South Africans are employed by those companies. Malema says that 60% of employment in companies should be South Africans while 40% should be for foreigners. It seems like Malema is now turning against his people who he told that they should come into the country using creative ways and they did.
Many people have been saying that Malema is a flip flipper. He says something today and tomorrow he says something else.
Even Andile Mngxitama of Black First Land First party(BFLF) said that the EFF is now being "led by the Patriotic Alliance" which has been calling for the deportation of illegal foreigners. Mngxitama says that The EFF is just following the Patriotic Alliance and Malema did not take this lying down as he made sure that he does respond to him.
Malema says that Andile Mngxitama should focus on getting better and leave the politics alone because as it stands, he is talking from his bed as he is sick.
We saw how PutSouthAfricaFirst said that Malema was thinking about their projects and that he needed to calm down and continue his open border policy that he has always been calling for and leave the projects of those who are fighting for South Africans. The EFF needs to go back to a drawing board and work on its policies because they seem confused. You never know what is next with the EFF. You are always surprised at what is their next move. Those people who voted for the party must be having a hard time right now of just being followers.
