Tshwane metro delaying to attend burst pipe matter reported by the cabbage bandit

On the 22nd of September at 05:45 am Djo BaNkuna and his neighbor reported a burst pipe of pure clean water that runs past his house. More than 24 hours later the water still rages on with no response from the Tshwane metro. Strangely, the Tshwane metro has not responded to the matter as yet but they act very swiftly when it comes to a head of a cabbage which they want to throw Mr. BaNkuna in prison for.

In South Africa, we have a shortage of water and we import water from Lesotho and yet this kind of government wastage Is happening with impunity.

"What kind of government is this? What kind of people is leading us? Wasting clean water like this is a crime against humanity" says a very hurt Mr. BaNkuna.

His Facebook friends also had something to say.

"Adverts on tv that encourage us to save water irritate me because the biggest wastage happens in the municipalities infrastructure. That is thousand of liters of clean water per minute." -Robert Ngubeni

"Then the poor remain waterless while metros waste a lot of water with no consequence. Their silence is very loud thanks to social media our voices can not be muted" -Mosidinyana Phohlela

"If you want them to come quickly put a Jojo on your sidewalk and pump that free water into it for your vegetables they will with 5 vehicles, helicopter support, and a whole squadron of cops! They might find you. -Meleney Bough Berry-Kric
