Elections are around the corner, and we see many political parties competing with each other by visiting townships communities trying to act like they care for their people so they help them out with their house chores like laundry, gardens, fixing roads, giving them temporary jobs, etc. They are fooling everyone to vote for them.
A lady from Giyani take it to Twitter sharing with the country that they are being respected by their municipality that appointed a company to build their road worth a budget of R40 million, the community is not pleased to see the company using wheelbarrows and spades to build the road. "A company was hired by the municipality in Gayani to construct a road, the tender is worth R40 million but they are using wheelbarrows and spades to construct that road." she captioned her post.
The post angered many people and they flooded the lady's comment section and shared their views, one of the community members jumped in and shared a picture of the completely constructed road "This is the looks like when they are done, this photo was taken yesterday." he wrote. Some people did not believe him and the picture he posted, he then shared another picture and captioned it "Those who say is paid tweet, I live in the area, I can show you 100 photos of what's happening there". One tweep complimented him and said "Keep posting, this horror needs to be documented.
