Many members of the public on social media are upset after seeing this picture of a young girl seemingly doing her school work under the darkness of the night and under a streetlight because literally her home does not have electricity, this picture has received a lot of attention from people and others were criticizing it while others were sympathizing with the young lady and saying that this is the fault of the ANC and the government.
