RIP| She was too young, didn't deserve to die like that

There is a high level of femicide in South Africa compared to other countries. The femicide rate is on the rise, and the number of women killed this year is even greater than in previous years.

Every four hours, a woman is killed in the world. The sad reality is that South Africa is rapidly turning into an increasingly dangerous place for women.

Most cases of femicide and gender-based violence involve a woman being murdered by someone she knows, someone who is supposed to protect her. This is called domestic femicide.

A secondary pandemic of gender-based violence has developed. Every week, a photo of a woman who has been a victim of femicide appears on social media.

Sadly, the murder of Asiphe Mdodana, a 23-year-old woman from Bizana, Eastern Cape, has been confirmed.

A report by KEEPTHEENERGY claims that Asiphe was raped and stabbed, and her body was found in a backroom covered in stab wounds.

She was too young and had a long life ahead of her to be a victim of this. She didn't deserve to die in such a gruesome manner.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
