There is a popular saying thats says dress the way you want to be adressed .This saying its true because the way that you dress in public will determine how people will talk to you or show you respect.
The South African Police Services has one of the most reputable uniforms.Their uniforms command respect just by looking at it .A policeman has gone viral on social media after a picture of him was posted .The man was wearing short, and very tight shorts as part of the uniform .See the picture below.
Well even though its summer and we all need to wear clothes that we can breathe in that are not too hot , i honestly dont think its appropriate for a policeman to dress like that .He looks like someone going to a party. He cant even bend or do any real work dressed like that.Imagine arresting a criminal dressed like that , they will probably not take the police officer serious .
Its important that the supervisors of the SAPS check how all officers are dressed because things like these can really taint the image of the SAPS .People will think that they do not take their job serious and therfore they also wont take them serious. look at what Mzansi had to say about his oufit in the comment section .
Many people found this police officer's attire very funny because they have never seen SAPS wearing anything like that before.
