Two people were killed and one individual was injured after they were shot during a hijacking in Vanrova New flats this morning. The police were called out to the scene at approximately 01:38. The medics were immediately dispatched to the location provide and on arrival to the location a large crowd on the property. The lifeless body of a 28 year old man was discovered on the side of the road.
He was shot on the head. According to reports the deceased and his two friends had been consuming alcohol outside their residence. When two suspects approached them and fire multiple shot in their direction
the deceased fled towards the road when he was shot in the head, then he collapsed on the side of the road. The other two victims sustained injuries. A car owned by the deceased was stolen by the two unknown suspects.
