The South African police service have been working very hard to ensure that our communities are rid of criminal elements parading themselves all over. These criminals have continued to wax strong despite all effort being put in place by security agencies.
For weeks now, several arrest has been made in different locations over criminal offenses.
In a recent development, the South African police service have successfully arrested about seven criminals for dispossessing people of their bikes and cars.
The suspects specialize in spiking people's cars and bikes on roads. The suspects ran out of luck after hijacking vehicles at the Garsfontein. Police were informed and they were tracked down to their place of residence in Ivory park and they got arrested.
This was contained in a statement issued by Lesibana on Twitter and it reads:
"That's what the ANC wanted. lawlessness, these seven Mozambican nationals were arrested yesterday for hijacking bikes and cars in Garsfontein, they were based in Ivory park".
This is gradually getting out of hand and the government of South Africa need to intervene to ensure that criminals are halted as soon as possible.
