MEC for Social Development, Nkakareng Rakgaole has revealed that a learner was stabbed to death today, 9 November 2021. It is quite evident that such incidents and substance abuse are well known in the area, the province is now leading with such incidents because not so long ago another learner was killed. Rakgaole says it is exposing the behaviour by some of the young people in different communities, they are urging parents to keep her close eye on their children's behaviour because this has gotten out of hand.

Bullying has never been good especially when it comes to ending up killing one another, a school should be a safe area not a place where children are killed. Teachers should make sure that such does not happen under their watch as well as other learners too, you cannot watch another then are being bullied just like that and think it’s okay because it is actually better for you to go and report before something intense happens.
