VIDEO:Our Grandparents Are Being Sold Expired Food

Gayton McKenzie, the Patriotic Alliance's leader, has targeted stores that allegedly sell expired food products.

McKenzie went to the shops in Eldorado Park over the weekend after getting a tip that they were selling expired goods.

McKenzie and PA members can be seen in a video removing allegedly expired baby formula, cold drinks, meat, and maize meal.

"This is being sold to our grandparents, who are unable to read expiry dates on items," McKenzie explained.

McKenzie accused "illegal foreigners" of selling expired goods.

"All Patriotic Alliance forces are visiting all shops owned by illegal foreigners across the country." "Our allegiances are with newborn babies who must eat this worm-infested garbage," he added.

On social media, reactions were mixed, with some calling the visits a "xenophobic attack" on foreigners. They also expressed concern that it would lead to anarchy and looting.

McKenzie, on the other hand, stated that the visits were part of a campaign promised to voters by the party.

"Would you feed your eight-month-old baby purity that was out of date in 2020?" If that's the case, I understand why you're calling us xenophobic," he said.

"Our campaign is just getting started. We're stepping up our efforts because that's what we promised our supporters.

So far, we've visited 442 stores. We will take action until we succeed.
