DURBAN - Emergency authorities in KwaZulu-Natal stay on guard following the flooding over the course of the end of the week.


Yet again a month and a half after the overwhelming floods which left hundreds dead and scores missing keep going month, weighty downpours on Saturday and Sunday desolated the region again, bringing about enormous harm to foundation.
