2021 marked 41 years since Zimbabwe gained independence from the whites .Since the white handed over Power to Robert Mugabe nothing has ever happened .We are exactly where The whites left us .No building was constructed, no Mall ,no new road. They have just been patching up the roads left by Smith .
Now 41 years later the Government has announced that they will building the first interchange road in Zimbabwe also known as the spaghetti road .41 years later imagine .Countries like SA and Botswana have these roads everywhere now its not something new
The project is set to cost US$85 million .Im willing to bet that this is another Scam by the Zimbabwean Government .More than 5 years ago they revealed that they will build the biggest mall in Bulawayo that will cost millions of dollars until today there is no mall and the money is gone .For all we know this can be another campaigning strategy by the ruling party .I urge all Zimbabweans to not fall for it and must vote them out with their spaghetti road.
Instead of building this very costly road they should rather renovate the hospitals and fix the roads that they already have which are damaged to the core .Sometimes prioritising is important as a leader .The Zim Government wants to give people the illusion that they are developing Zimbabwe when they are not .They must take that US$85 million and put it into good use .
