Another sad news have popped out in South Africa as usual. It's now becoming a norm that most of our headlines will be bad news. The rate at which people commit evil is something we should look into before it escalate to some unstoppable culture.
Following the news of killings, raping, kidnapping, opens shootings in the country, people are now feeling safe as no one could tell who would fall victim to the evil people looming in the country. Few hours, we were hit by a very sad news relating that a peaceful man identified as Hendrik Pistorius, 53, was beaten to death on Piketberg farm.
Recall that the citizens of South Africa are currently on an operation to vacate all illegal foreigners from the country. Today, the tragic death of Hendrik have raised more questions to the ongoing operations. Meanwhile, preliminary investigation says that Hendrik was physically brutalized to death as his skull was crushed before being dragged to where his body was partially covered with a nylon bag.
This have added to the numbers of farm attack we have recorded in the recent times with no trace of who committed it. Some people on facebook have already started suspecting his employees to have a hand in the gruesome murder, while some thinks that it may be a citizen of the country that did it because the deceased was a foreigner amid the ongoing the operation. See screenshots of people's reactions on the post:
@Gift, Competitors or Zimbabweans, most Zimbabweans. May his soul rest in peace. White farmers are true hard workers and do farming with passion. I wish them all protection and safety. They have long been calling upon govt for protection, only now that the Mininster of Lime Light and incidents will make a visit and pull a stunt with his dark big mouth with red tongue.
@Bashir, I wish to call upon for improved relations between farmers, farm workers, neighbouring communities and the police in order to put a stop to these senseless killings.
