People are stunned after seeing that we do not only have corrupt cops, but perpetrators who hide behind their badges. It is extremely disheartening for someone who should be imposing law and protecting citizens, to be the one who is terrorizing them. This is very dissapointing, people do not know who to trust anymore if such a large number of law enforcement officers can conspire against one person.
A total of 21 Durban cops have been implicated in the murder, torture and kidnapping of 32-year-old Reagan Naidoo. He was allegedly assaulted and collapsed in police custody before dying in hospital. He was fed a pie before choking and dying, that is what the law enforcement officers told his family in 2018. Naidoo was a father of two and he was apprehended together with Fardeen Carim and Ahmed Dawood. More apprehensions are still going to be made, these ones should be kept behind bars for good.
