Student killer sentenced for the murder committed in 2020

A teenager is reported to have been sentenced to eight years for the murder that was committed in 2020.
Its reported that the 18 year old Kedibone Montsho was found guilty for the murder of her fellow student in 2020 by the name of Katlego Lesagae.
The suspect is reported to have been sentenced during the week at the Atamelang Regional Court.The conviction took place for the charges of murder and being in possession of a firearm whilst unfit to do so.
The three years is reported to have been suspended on condition that the same crime is not committed.
The father of the late Katlego is reported to have welcomed the decision that was made by the Court.
The mother of the late Katlego is reported to have been disappointed by the judgement as she feels that the judgement was soft.
Katlego got stabbed by Kedibone using a sharp object when they were outside the school premises for unknown reasons.He lost his life when he was on his way to school.Katlego was 18 years old when he lost his life.
