On Modderfontein Road in Gauteng, a vehicle and a motorcycle earlier collided, killing a motorcyclist.

When the paramedics from Emer-G-Med arrived on the site, they discovered the man under the truck with deadly wounds.
On the spot, he was pronounced dead.
Uncertainty surrounds the events that led up to the tragedy, which will be the focus of an inquiry by the South African Police Services.
In a separate incident On Madwaleni road in Jozini, the Urgent Lifecare Ambulance Team reacted to a head-on incident.

Six people were injured when a huge vehicle collided with a light vehicle.
All victims received treatment before being taken to a local hospital for additional care.
