A husband has described his wife as very abusive after the latest escapede left him bleeding.
It is alleged that his wife grabbed him by his privates and dragged him. She dragged him until he started bleeding.
To make matters worse, the wife is a respected police officer.
It is also alleged that the man had to apply for a protection order after his wife injured his private parts.
According to a report from The South African, the wife could face criminal charges.
The incident has widely been condemned by KwaZulu-Natal Social Development MEC, Nonhlanhla Khoza.
Khoza also called on the police woman to be arrested and for justice to prevail.
Khoza added that it is quite unfortunate that even people entrusted with the responsibility to implement the laws to end the scourge of GBVF end up being involved in violation of human rights.
It is alleged that the husband had been suffering abuse at the hands of his wife in silence.
