Make sure to share this article to help others find the information.
The restart of Load shedding :
Eskom has just put out a press release informing South Africa of the returning Load shedding. This new period of Load shedding is set to be stage two and will start today. Areas will start experiencing load shedding fro around 4:00 PM. The reason given is due to a failed generation unit. However through all this bad news there is some good news. According to the press release, the load shedding period will only last until 5:00 AM tomorrow morning. Here's official information, follow by how you can prepare.
Preparation is key :
By now you should know to have the basic items like candles ready and to prepare meals early. However with load shedding comes a period of time where we are free from technology. It may be good for your family to encourage some learning and hobbies during this time. Children can use it to study and read. You could also use this time to host a family game night between the people who live in your home, this could be essential bonding time with youth who are otherwise obsessed with technology. So prepare some fun activities and bonding games, that will help you pass the time.
