Durban Central Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit Detectives are seeking for assistance from community members to help capture the man pictured above.
According the saps news report, the male on the picture above approached a 18 year old woman at Berea Park Road in Essenwood he introduced himself to the woman as Thapelo, he overpowered the young woman and raped her at the bushes after he raped her he took her cellphone and fled the scene on foot.
The young woman informed her family about the incident and they immediately went to the police station to open a case of rape, the suspect has still not yet been arrested police are asking anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect to contact the saps number or go to the nearest police station.
All South African women are urged to beware of this man he is extremely dangerous and he has long history of crime, women should try avoiding walking alone in afternoon especially in areas where there's not a lot of people
