The mister of transport Fikile Mbalula has broken silence, he has released an official statement. 
The official statement was issued by the minister of transport, Me Fikile Mbalula, on the occasion of the media briefing on the adjudication of the tenders held today on 23 May at 10:00am.
According to the official statement, the transport ministry republic of South Africa have taken notes if the reports relating to the cancellation if 5 tenders, with a collective value of R17.4 billion. They have highlighted that the key tenet if the services of the transport ministry is good governance, and they will not compromise it's underlying principles for expediency.
