The minister of home affairs Dr Aaron Motsoaledi has confirmed that he has the names of the people who were responsible for the escape of the Bushiri family.
They assisted them with the passports that helped them to escape the country running away from their cases of fraud, crime and money laundering.
At the beginning of the matter, Prophet Sheppered Bushiri confirmed that be escaped South Africa because he was fearing his life with his family knowing that they were no longer safe to be around the country.
The minister also confirmed that the investigation went to succeed because of the people who were assisting with the likes of the hawks, military intelligence and home affairs.
The source also says it's all that the minister last year found that the Bushiri family stayed in the country illegally as they used visitors Visas, meaning they settled in illegally.
It is also confirmed that the couple will go for the extradition hearing on the 18th March and the decision will be made on the same day. South Africa sent an extradition request to Malawi on the 4th of December 2020.
