According to the sheriff's office, investigators gathered several videos and witness testimony, leading them to suspect that his red Honda Fit automobile was driven down several streets in Dennison and Uhrichsville before being abandoned right beyond Trinty Twin City Hospital.
It's possible that the dark-colored pickup truck visible in several of the videos was involved.
At the Tuscarawas County Jail, three persons were apprehended and taken into custody. According to the sheriff's office, the three persons described the incident as the consequence of heavy drinking and irresponsible and unsafe firearm handling resulting in Bashline's death.
The gunshot, which occurred at a property on Springs Road SE in Uhrichsville, was not deliberate, according to the sheriff's office. The three people aren't being named since they haven't been charged yet.
