The joint activation by the SAPS, private security and farmers led to the arrest of six illegal foreigners in possession of 8 stolen network batteries, the government property is being damaged by illegal foreigners here in South Africa.
Farmers spotted 6 national in carrying the network batteries out of the meter earlier today and made a follow up while they had called the police, they farmers showed the police where the suspects went into. It's a Rental property where they leave in one room.
The police and the private security made an arrest today following the battery theft done by the foreign nationals, they where immediately arrested today 04 August 2022.
According to the information given the six suspects are all aged between 22 and 29 yeas of age, they will be facing charges of contravention of immigration act, damage of property and possession of stolen goods.
