Love triangle claims 3 lives

Pictures and video of the brutal murders of two lovers sent a shocking waves on social media. It is alleged that a Soweto taxi owner shot his ex-girlfiend who was a police reservist and her alleged boyfriend inside a yellow Ford Mustang in Diepkloof, Soweto.

Officers who combed the crime scene found more than 15 cartridges. It is believed that the suspect, who is a taxi owner left the crime scene and committed suicide at his place of residence.

There are also voice notes circulating stating that the taxi boss warned the forex guru (the alleged boyfriend) to stay away from Mbali (his ex girlfriend) but he didn't. The taxi boss tried to assassinate the alleged boyfriend by shooting at him but missed. This resulted in the boyfriend hiring private security to guard him for a period of 6 months. He got relaxed thinking that the threat was over and terminated his protection contract with the security company, that's when the taxi boss got an opportunity to strike.
