Western Cape residents are impressed with the police after what they did when they saw hijackers

The flying squad members in the Western Cape have received positive response from the people in the community after doing a great job.

According to the SAPS news report the flying squad members were deployed in the Goodwood area to patrol the area in attempt to combat crime, the police then spotted two men who looked as if they were nervous inside a white Toyota Tazz, this made the flying squad members suspicious.

They attempted to stop the white Toyota Tazz and the suspects did not comply they attempted to flee scene, the flying squad members chased the vehicle until they were cornered and they decided to surrender themselves to the flying squad members.

The two suspects were arrested today 7 May 2021 and an investigation done by the flying squad members revealed that the white Toyota Tazz was reported to be stolen in a Diepriver case, the suspects are expected to appear Goodwood Magistrates court on Monday 10 May 2021 they will face charges for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
