SAn Lady Weep for Our Country, Narrate her Experience with Two Young SAn Drug Addicts. (Details)

Our young South African population are trapped in a situation that seem to be very much overwhelming. A walk through the streets of South Africa will convince one that our country is in deep mess.

Meanwhile, a concerned South African lady known as Nzanzi on Twitter has taken to her social media handle to narrate her ordeal with young South African drug alcohol and drug addicts.

In her words, she said:

"Today I sat in the car parked outside a hospital gate waiting for someone, for over an hour.

A South African black man (early 30's) sat on the pavement right by the gate, at first he lied on his back facing u, I thought it was a mentally deranged person.

After much struggle few minutes later, he managed to sit up and I saw his face, he was drunk and he had peed on himself, people walking up and down were checking him out and cars were stopping by to look at him and then pass.

Then another South African black man (also early 30's) comes to my window begging me for money to buy food, very dirty and smelly, he can pass for a drug addict. It's the third time in 2 weeks he's coming to me but he doesn't seem to recognise me even though I was in the same car all 3 times. Although i was in different locations in the same town.

This is just one out of the many stories of young drug and alcohol addicts we see and hear in South Africa. Our young population need to be protected against harmful substances.
