He was killed at Capitec Bank by a security after laying a complaint about this

A success of a business is determined by its customers, and owners should always have it in their minds that 'a customer is always right', and they also have every right to lay complaints. Is Capitec Bank one of those businesses who care about their clients' well being?

Nhlakanipho Gumede was a 29 year-old Capitec Bank client. This young man apparently got killed at a Capitec branch in Tongaat for laying a complaint since the bank allegedly robbed him.

The deceased's brother; Jan Gumede reported on Facebook that on Friday, which is the 29th of October 2021, the deceased went to deposit the sum of R1000 for groceries at home in Zululand but only R500 went through so on Saturday Nhlakanipho went back to the bank and spoke to the manager about the incident, instead of helping him they called the security who came with an assagai and started hitting him in the head.

The sad part is that the poor Nhlakanipho was not even armed in order to protect himself. Jan was apparently called by a passby informing me about the incident , he quickly rushed only to find his brother sleeping in a pool of blood outside the door. They then took him to the nearby clinic and he was transferred to Addington hospital where he passed away... Nhlakanipho died complaining about the money the capitec stole from him.

May Your Soul Rest in peace Nhlakanipho Gumede. Check out what Tweeps say about this issue:
