Lekau Sehoana, the owner of Drip Footwear, is in grief.
Glenda Ndlanzi, the brand's managing director, died recently, according to the company.
She was shot and killed outside her Pretoria house on Monday, October 18th, according to sources.
Since childhood, she had been a part of Lekau's life.
"Glenda played a key role in the launch, development, and expansion of the Drip brand. Our Drip family's foundation, rock, and anchor was her. "Her enthusiasm, dedication, and loyalty to the brand will be sorely missed," the company said in a statement.
The family expressed their gratitude for the calls and expressions of support they had received so far.
"We respectfully request that you allow the family time and space to grieve their tragic loss. The memorial service details will be released in due time."
Lekau, who is reportedly in dread for his life, also resorted to social media to express his dismay.
"I'll never be the same after this." I'm completely shattered. I'm not sure how I'll manage this company without you. Drip Footwear is exactly what you are. Oh Glenda, MaNdlanzi, Lala sisi, rest in eternal peace," he said.
