Alberton South African Police Service (SAPS) members have managed to secure the successful arrest of a male suspect (pictured above) after he was found in possession of drugs, the suspect is currently detained in a jail at Alberton Police Station awaiting court appearance.
According to the South African Crime updates News report, earlier today, Thursday, 11 August 2022 a business owner spotted a suspicious male outside his business premises on Clinton road (Gauteng Province), he suspected the male was selling narcotics so he immediately alerted Alberton South African Police Service (SAPS) members for assistance.
South African Police Service (SAPS) members arrived at the scene and searched the suspects, drugs were found and seized from his possession. He was immediately placed under arrest and detained at Alberton Police Station on charges for possession of drugs and dealing in drugs.
The suspect will soon make an appearance in court to face the mentioned charges.
