There's an extremely disturbing incident that occurred earlier today and it has left many people in shock. Three people belonging to taxi association Uncedo and a bystander were shot dead at the association’s offices in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape on Wednesday.
Taxi violence has been going on for a long time and this is like law enforcement officers have not come up with strategies to curb it. These shooting incidents keep on recruiting and the most disheartening part is that sometimes innocent lives are taken. Action has to be taken against these people because if not they will continue being involved in this war which is causing disruption in our country.
The worst part they are taking each other's lives for irrelevant stuff, they fight for routes and being dominant. Hopefully law enforcement officers will do a follow up on this incident in order to get information that could lead to the apprehension of these perpetrators.
