KwaZulu-Natal head Sihle Zikalala has gone into self-disconnection in the wake of coming into contact with a positive individual for Covid-19.
The head's office said in an assertion on Thursday that Zikalala has not given any manifestations and "is well".
"The head will continue telecommuting, under severe adherence to all Covid-19 conventions. The work will incorporate coordinating gatherings pointed toward driving the common government's reaction to the Covid pandemic.
"Individuals of KwaZulu-Natal are guaranteed that the head is well and doesn't have any indications of Covid-19."
