Motorists are cautioned not to use End Street due to floods| See photos of the floods in Centurion

The flood in Centurion are here again, but this time better compared to the one that occurred in 2019, since this year houses were not destroyed. This time only the roads are damaged. In 2019 most houses were destroyed and a hotel was also flooded and at least 70 people were being evacuated from the Centurion Lake Hotel after the heavy flooding on the ground floor of the hotel, but we thank God this time around the floods were not too bad and no one got hurt.

The City of Tshwane has warned motorists in the Centurion not to use these roads on the above photos. ''In light of the current heavy rains, motorist are cautioned not to make use of the low lying bridges at End Street in Centurion due to flooding'' they said on a their twitter account.

Twitter blames the city of Tshwane saying that they know that these floods always occurs but they are not doing anything about it, but in reality what could the municipality possibly do, because these floods are natural disasters and not caused by humans. South Africans are normalising the blaming of the government of anything and everything that happens in this country, as a reader whats your take on this blame game, is the City of Tshwane to be blamed?

And as always some tweeps are making fun of this serious issue, and commenting to say, ''We should honestly sommer turn Centurion into a beach for us gauteng beach lovers''.
