A Woman Was Rescued After Being Kidnapped By Two Men Pretending To Be Police Officers
Two men have landed themselves on the wrong side of the law.Now they have to face the consequences of what they have done.The police officers only managed to arrest one criminal while the other one is still on the run,he will soon be arrested if the police get correct information that will lead to where he may be hidding.
A woman was safely returned home after being kidnapped by two men who were pretending to be police officers.
A woman who stay at Atteridgiville was forcibly taken by two men at her home on Tuesday the 14th of September.The reason for the abduction was that the kidnappers wanted money from her brother. Her car was found in the afternoon by a vehicle tracking company.
" According to the reports from the police, a multidisciplinary team had intensified it's efforts after the kidnappers demanded ransom money from her brother.Following up on several leads, the woman was found under guard by one of her kidnappers just after midnight in a shack in Kgabalatsane in Klipgat, North West."
The victim's brother was called by the kidnappers demanding ransom money.
" During the kidnapping ordeal, her kidnappers made contact with the victim's brother demanding a ransom, said Police Spokesperson, Colonel Athlenda Mathe."
"The multidisciplinary team intensified it's efforts and followed up on social leads and just after midnight the victim was found under guard by one of her kidnappers in a shack in Klipgat, said Mathe."
One male was arrested by the police and the other one is still on the loose. The police are still looking for him.
